• The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
• The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Non-returnable Items:

• Items that are not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Return Process

Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are anon-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• If the return is rejected due to the product not meeting the return criteria, the item will be sent back to you.
