1. Apply online
Start by filling out our secure online application form. It only takes a few minutes to enter your contact details, driving experience, vehicle type, and delivery preferences. You can apply from your smartphone or desktop. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation and instructions on the next steps.
2. Background & Vehicle Approval
To ensure the safety and reliability of our network, we perform standard checks before activating your account. This includes a background check and a quick review of your driving history. Your vehicle must meet basic standards — be roadworthy, insured, and suitable for deliveries based on your selected categories (e.g., standard, food, medical, or oversized items).
💡 Note: All couriers are independent contractors. EtaFlex supports a wide range of vehicle types — from sedans and hatchbacks to vans and box trucks.
